PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept ALL major dental insurances and we are a Delta Dental Insurance provider. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please call (217)762-4366.
Payment is due at the time of service unless you make arrangements with our office manager, Vicki Melton.
