Dr. Bruce Wintersteen was raised in Decatur, IL. He is one of eight children. He received his B.S. with Honors, M.S. of Histology, and Dental Doctorate from the University of Illinois.

Bruce lives in Monticello with his wife Carol. His daughter Christine, has left the house and moved on to bigger adventures: college. Bruce is an avid sports fan and enjoys attending and supporting local sporting events.

Dr. Wintersteen serves as a member of the Rotary, Monticello Chamber of Commerce and is an American Cancer Society volunteer.

During his free time (ha-ha) he enjoys singing in the church choir, reading, bowling, softball, and giving his opinion about everything and anything.
